Dr. Tiffany Flood

Fact about our
Founder

Dr. Flood, Clinical Assistant Professor & FNP Track Coordinator at Baylor University's Louise Herrington School of Nursing, leads a service team of student nurses in collaboration with Northrise University in Ndola, Zambia. The initiative, "Impact Ndola," is a community-wide outreach involving university students, staff, faculty, and partners from around the United States.

Through this collaboration, the team annually embarks on a medical outreach mission that offers students a practical platform to apply and expand their studies. They visit local children's hospital to gain insights into the community's healthcare landscape. They travel to local schools to conduct essential health screenings and provide health and hygiene education to vulnerable children. Their journey continues with a week of support in Lusaka, where they assist an organization dedicated to serving orphans in Zambia, Family Legacy. There students are able to assist in various clinical interventions and work alongside their Medical Director and Zambian nurses.
