Purpose

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to describe how  TeleNP Health, PLLC (“TeleNP Health,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, maintains, discloses and protects personal information we collect from visitors of our U.S. online interfaces (e.g., websites) controlled by us, including telenphealth.com, our Instagram page, our Twitter page, and other social media pages, as well as HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you or receive from you (collectively, the “Platform“).  It also describes the rights and choices you may have with respect to your Personal Information and how you may contact us.

Acceptance of terms

Your use of the Platform, signifies that you agree with all the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use this platform if you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected from visitors who register and log-in ("Patients") to the password-protected and secure portions of our sites, including login pages and registration pages ("Secure Platforms"). The Secure Platforms allow eligible patients to use TeleNP Health Services. How TeleNP Health uses and discloses such PHI is in accordance with the TeleNP Health Notice of Privacy Practices. TeleNP Health will not use or disclose information received from Secure Platforms for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes and will not combine it with other data and will not sell it. The Notice of Privacy Practices (and not this Privacy Policy) also applies to Personal Information collected on our Websites if specific symptoms or health conditions is also collected, as such information may be considered PHI under HIPAA.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

While using our Website, you may provide us with certain information about you. We do not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Your choice not to provide personal information will not impair your ability to browse this website and read or view any information posted on this site. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only collect information that you voluntarily submit. We may collect your name, title, contact information, phone number, date of birth, state, country, zip code, your health plan, email address or login identification information only if you provide such information directly to us when you begin registration to use a Secure Platform or complete a web form seeking more information. If you are a registered patient this may be considered PHI and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and not this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or license this information to anyone. We or our advertising partners may also automatically collect information through the use of cookies and other tracking technologies. Information that we collect through your use of the Websites may include IP Address, Device ID, and online identifier. We may use that Information and link it to Internet or other electronic network activity information, and we may draw inferences about you from the information we collect.

Sharing 

We partner with technology and business service providers that help us deliver the highest quality healthcare. Information that you submit on this website may be disclosed to these service providers. These service providers are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing professional services to us.
We will use the information you submit to respond to you. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than to provide you with the highest quality care and the best patient experience.

Minors

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.
