These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) are a legal contract between you (“You/Your” or “User”) and TeleNP Health, PLLC (“Us” or “We” or “TeleNP Health”) and govern your use of the Web Site, the associated platforms, and all of its content and functionality (collectively, the “Services”).These Terms apply to all individuals accessing/using the site to receive various types of healthcare information and telehealth services. The site also has public portions that allow anyone to educate themselves on the services available from TeleNP Health. By accepting these Terms of Use and using the Services, You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Telehealth services (“Services”) involves the use of electronic communications to enable health care providers at sites remote from patients (“Patients”) to provide consultative services. Providers may include primary care and/or mental health practitioners. The information may be used for diagnosis, therapy, follow-up and/or education, and may include live two-way audio and video and other materials (e.g. medical records, data from medical devices). The communications access provided by TeleNP Health through the Third Party Provider will incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the confidentiality of patient information and will include reasonable measures to safeguard the data and to ensure its integrity against intentional or unintentional corruption. 

Anticipated benefits for users utilizing the Services include (1) improved access to medical care by enabling users to remain at his or her home or office while consulting a clinician; and (2) improved efficiency for medical evaluation and management. As with any medical procedure, there are also potential risks for users utilizing the Services. TeleNP Health believes that the likelihood of these risks materializing is very low. These risks may include, without limitation, the following: (1) delays in medical evaluation and consultation or treatment may occur due to deficiencies or failures of the equipment; (2) security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy of personal medical information; and (3) lack of access to complete medical records may result in adverse drug interactions, or allergic reactions or other negative outcomes. 

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Any modifications to the Terms and Conditions will be effective as of their posting unless otherwise stated. By accessing or using the Sites after such modifications are posted,. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes agreement and consent to any and all such modifications.

TeleNP Health reserves the right to add, remove or edit content on our social media pages in its sole discretion. We will delete posts that we deem abusive (including reported as abuse), off-topic, spam, advertising, offensive or derogatory. We will also block users that repeatedly post any of the previously mentioned topics. 
 

These platforms are not secure and encrypted, so please do not share sensitive personal information. 

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

Patient's are subject to a $50 fee for late cancellations or no -show for scheduled appointments (including initial appointments).

A late cancellation is defined as any appointment cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice or a failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (no-show).

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We may provide you with access to third-party tools or services over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and services ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

General To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TeleNP Health Web Site.

TeleNP Health's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of TeleNP Health's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the TeleNP Health Web Site or information provided to or gathered by TeleNP Health with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and TeleNP Health with respect to the TeleNP Health Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and TeleNP Health with respect to the TeleNP Health Web Site.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
