Dr. Flood earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Loyola University New Orleans and completed a postgraduate residency at Community Health Center, Inc., specializing in full-scope, complex primary care, mental and women’s health. This foundational experience sharpened her expertise in treating not only physical health issues but also the mental and emotional needs of her patients.

You can expect a compassionate, shared-decision making approach to your care when you work with Dr. Flood. She is committed to treating both the physical and mental health needs of her patients, with a particular focus on integrating medical psychiatry into her practice. Patients dealing with conditions like anxiety, depression, or chronic illnesses will receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique circumstances, whether through telehealth or in-person visits. Her goal is to provide accessible, patient-centered care that addresses the full spectrum of health—body, mind, and soul. She takes the time to understand her patients' concerns, focusing on creating a trusting, supportive environment where they feel heard and respected. Her treatment plans are individualized, incorporating both evidence-based medical and psychiatric practices to promote overall wellness. Patients can expect to receive care that not only addresses their symptoms but also gets to the root causes of their health issues, promoting long-term well-being.

Rooted in her Christian faith, Tiffany blends spiritual care with her medical practice, believing that health encompasses the mind, body, and soul. She is a firm believer in converging faith with medicine and psychiatry, helping patients navigate mental health challenges through compassionate, holistic treatment. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing is multidimensional, with spirituality alongside evidence-based treatment, and medication management, playing a key role in emotional and psychological well-being.
